
1. Returns: Cancelled Orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be paid in the same manner received (i.e. credit card transaction will be credited back to the same credit card.) 2. Assembly required: Merchandise will be delivered in factory packaging for assembly by the customer. We are not required to assemble any merchandise as part of the delivery charge. Assembly maybe provided for an additional fee. 3. Where is your showroom located? We are an online store and the website represents our showroom. 4. When do I pay for my order? A 20% depoist is due when the order is placed. The customer pays the remaing balance upon delivery. 5. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. What type of wood is the merchandise made of? Our merchandise is made from Birch, Pine , Rubber wood and some merchandise also contrains a mixture of processed and pressed woods. To inquire about a specific piece please provide a representative with the model number. 8. I opened the box and my product came damaged what do I do? Please contact customer service with the model number. A customer service representative will schedule for an exchange of the damaged product. 9. How do I place an order?
